Project Update #11 - November 2023 - 2

We have received concerns about recent noise on site stemming from a generator. We are waiting for Toronto Hydro to provide construction power to the site, which we were recently notified will now be delayed until mid-December. This is unfortunately out of our control.

The power is particularly necessary right now because during excavation we need to pump groundwater from the site. Without power, we are forced to run a generator to continue to pump groundwater from the property. However, an enclosure is being built around the generator which will hopefully help dampen the noise. We will continue to follow up with Toronto Hydro for an update on timing.
