Project Update #20 - June 2024

The sidewalk along the south side of Montclair Avenue will be closed during the week of July 1st, and will continue to be closed until first occupancy which is currently scheduled for late 2026. This sidewalk closure is necessary to facilitate ongoing construction activities and to ensure safety to the community. The details of the closure were outlined in the project's approved Construction Management Plan (CMP).
