Project Update #21 - October 2024

Work continues to advance well on site. The podium portion of the building is over halfway complete.

In the coming weeks, we are aiming to open the driveway on the west side of the site which will enable better truck circulation. We will post an update once the timing is more certain.

We will also commence some infrastructure improvement work in the neighbourhood at some point in November. This includes upgrading the watermain on Montclair Avenue and the sewer capacity on Tweedsmuir Avenue. This is a requirement through a Municipal Infrastructure Agreement with the City.
