Project Update #22 - November 2024

Construction work will begin in mid-November on municipal infrastructure along Montclair Avenue and Tweedsmuir Avenue.

The watermain along the majority of Montclair Avenue will be upgraded, as required by the City. This work will increase the watermain capacity for the surrounding area. The construction will take approximately 3-4 weeks and will require temporary closures of sidewalks and portions of the road until completion. We aim to minimize closures to the extent possible.

On Tweedsmuir Avenue, portions of the sewer will be upgraded to increase capacity of the surrounding area, also required by the City. Portions of the road and sidewalks will be closed during construction.
