Project Update #24 - December 2024

The municipal infrastructure work has been delayed until early-January (see updated #22). During this time, portions of the road/sidewalk along Montclair Avenue and Tweedsmuir Avenue will be closed for infrastructure upgrade work.

The work on Montclair Avenue is to upgrade the existing watermain which will improve capacity for the neighbourhood, as required by the City.

The work on Tweedsmuir Avenue is to upgrade sewer infrastructure to reduce downstream flows and improve capacity, also required by the City.
