Frequently Asked Questions
Below is a summary of each major phase of construction, followed by a detailed project schedule. Note that the durations shown are only estimates and are subject to change as construction advances.
Phase 1: Demolition, Shoring and Excavation
This phase involves demolishing the existing houses, preparing the site for digging, and finally bulk excavation. There will be dump trucks on site each day until excavation is complete.
Phase 2: Forming of the Structure
This phase primarily involves concrete forming required for the structure of the below and above grade components of the building. Concrete trucks will be on site on a daily basis, and some concrete pours may extend beyond 7pm (in accordance with City by-laws) as needed.
Phase 3: Interior Finishing
There will be smaller trucks and cube vans on a daily basis to finish the interior portions of the building.
Phase 4: Occupancies
Residents will begin moving into the building, starting from the lower floors moving upwards. Some interior finishing will continue during this phase.

Building envelope March 2025 – February 2026
Interior finishes June 2025 – September 2026
Landscaping January 2026 – November 2026
Occupancies May 2026 – November 2026
Our general working hours are below.
Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 7:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 7:00pm
Occasionally work will be required after 7pm, which will be limited to concrete finishing, only as required.

Our goal is to minimize and disruptions and closures to the sidewalks and road on Montclair Avenue; however, there may be periods of closures to install construction safety measures and other items.
Portions of Bantry Avenue may be closed during construction, which is outlined in the project's Construction Management Plan.
